i could forgive(maybe) but i could never forget- so the answer is no, i could not continue even if i wanted to

I would want to forgive but I know that is something I would never be able to forget or 'get over'. I would have to move on from the relationship.

having been there, I did once, but the second time it was adios amigo.Never looked back, best thing I ever did.He is now cheating on the new girl in his life. A leopard very rarely changes its spots as the old saying goes.
