1) deaf and blind

Depends, If I were born that way it wouldn't matter because I couldn't miss something I never had. but if I were to turn into one of these, I would say neither. Or in a extrem case, I'd pick MUTE.

I would rather be mute and mentally retarted, because if I was deaf and blind, I wouldnt be able to enjoy the world around me. Imagine not seeing what ur friend looks like or hearing a bird chirp in the morning. I would hate being in a silent world and it's sort of scary too. At least I have most of my senses, and theres bad and okay cases of muteness and mental retardation.

If I absolutely had to choose...
the second choice because the first choice is just living life as a blank dark blackness day after day.

i would be mute.. u can comunicate in mamy other ways instead of talking.. but u can't do that if u are deaf, blind,mute or matally retorded..
