There ares 5 of us on the insurance plan with them, and all they've ever done is replace the exact phone. Of course if they don't have that model anymore, then they can give you whatever they feel meets the same standards as your broken phone. Also beware, there is a deductible (I believe it's $50.00), and of coure they have a limit on how many times you can apply a claim on it. Still, you never know, I would give it a try and ask the rep if you could change the color. You never know, you might get one that won't be such a stiff about it. I figure it never hurt to try! Best of luck to you!

in case you have insurance, then they'll replace your telephone with an identical telephone, in the event that they nevertheless carry the telephone. in the event that they don't, then they delivers you a comparible telephone (I say that becuase you have a telephone that is now not made)...they'll fee you $50 and that they'll deliver you the substitute telephone, and you will ought to deliver the different telephone back to them... the uncomplicated guarantee won't conceal the wear and tear, so make certain which you have the Asurion insurance.
