When a woman or teen gets wet, and I don't meen urine or your period, I mean like a thick whiteish clear substance that somes from the same place as your period and urine...I would like to know what it is and how to prevent it.

Sorry! I meant "comes" not "somes".

It's natural discharge. Two purposes
1) vagina's natural cleaning mechanism
2) lubricating fluid for sex when aroused.

if it's very thick, has a colour or bad strong odour, or you get pain/itching, then you could have an infection, in which case see a doctor. It is meant to be clear or white. Some women get more than others, if you get a lot you can use pantyliners if it bothers you.

It could be a little yeast infection. Does it have an odor too?

it's 1 of 2 things
either you're turned on
or it's your body's natural way of cleaning itself
there's really not much you can do to stop it

It's a discharge from when you ovulate. It's very normal.
