That question has been around for several decades now girl...If anyone can come up with an invention that does that, he or she would make a ton of money!...it gets the toilet seat to go down as our hubbies leave...they can call it "The Gal Pal" or somethin...hihi...just kidding...though it is a bit of a problem, I dont think guys do it intentionally to piss us off so try not to be...I hope we do get a best answer here...I'll keep going back :)
