Cleome spinosa also know as spiny spiderflower or spider flower
That is the white Queen they also come in mixed colors of pinks.

Cleome sometimes called spider flower. I'm not sure of the scientific name. They can sometimes reseed themselves.

It kind of looks like a type of agapanthus lilly, but I couldn't be 100% sure sorry.
