Luckily in this case I get to be the hot guy but Ive been flirting with this girl for a while and from the very beginning she allowed it. Its actually escalating into an affair but thats another question for another time. Anyways, another coworker took a shot with the same girl and she threated sexual harrassment.
So why is it ok for a hot guy to harrass you but not a regular guy?

She wants you, she doesn't want the ugly guy. Human nature. Women want beautiful children just like we do.
Anyone who says beauty is only skin deep is correct. Anyone who says beauty doesn't matter at all is ugly.

Sometimes we"ll take ANY kind of attention from the "hot" guy cause we"re wishing to get to know him better; but maybe too shy to admit a crush on him too.Our mind is made up about the "less desirable" guys so it"s boring and anoying....

The answer should be obvious. We only let the ones we WANT to harrass us do it. That's a mistake sometimes though.

both are not wanted personally because I am taken.
I think women take hot guys hitting on them as a compliment whereas an "ugly" guy reminds them that they might not be able to get better than that person.

That is not true of all women. Some women are just very siuperficial and you are better off without them anyway.

Some girls are shallow. Some really have to be emotionally and mentally attracted to a guy in order to be in a relationship with him.

It depends on the girl. Personally, I like to keep it strictly business at work. It usually complicates things if you don't.

Well it's not that, it's just that she doesn't want an unattractive guy talking to her sexually. She would obviously be more into the more attractive one talking to her. If you aslk me she sounds way over-dramatic.
