My daughter messed up my mouse controls....?

My daughter started pushing buttons and messing with my computer today and now when I push page down or up the screen doesnt go... when I push the directional keys it wont go either. (This is a laptop with a touch pad). Can someone please tell me where to go on my computer to fix this? Its a Sony VAIO if that matters. Thanks to answers.

try going to control panel and resetting your mouse controls,if that doesn't work try restoring it to a date when everything was working correctly
