yes you are beautiful its also whats inside of you that counts too. your heart , your personality. and then how you look on the outside. it doesnt matter what other people think sometimes. it matters what you think of yourself that counts.
Think of hollywood actresses, they know that they are beautiful and pretty and they radiate that to the world.

You're beautiful, but you shouldn't have to rely on other people's opinion just to know if you're pretty or not. Also, I guess alot of people are just sick and tired of girls posting up their pictures and asking similar questions. I apologize if I have offended you in any way.. I just wanted you to know why you've asked a question and the response you get back at first was *crickets cricket*....

then build a bridge and get over it.
there are a lot of mean people in the world, and they will do a lot worse things then not comment on how pretty you are on Yahoo answers.

Yes, you wear the glasses well too. You should wear contacts for nights out or special occasions to bring out your eyes but the glasses look good on you too.

My personal opion is that u look like my cause and she is pretty but u dont look like the one that WAS miss.rhode island. My causin(not the miss RhdeIsland one) is pretty but she changed her look and cut her hair shrt and dyed it red + she peirced her nose dont do THat!
