Are laptops cheaper in US compared to India?I am going to US this month end.Shud I buy one here in India or go to US and buy there?

I don't prices in India either, but I also live in Asia and had a friend pick me up a laptop in America before he came for a visit and I saved about 30% compared to what it would have cost here, plus most manufacturer's have a much larger selection to choose from in the US. i don't know the prices in India,but here they're getting cheaper by the day,go on the internet and check out some stores like circuit city,best buy,staples,walmart,and some of the discount computer stores
