Weights first, then Cardio.

I jog 3-5 miles every morning, 7 days a week, and I work out on exercise machines 3 times a week

i aculty exercise 3 hours a day, i think i have to im in the basketball and football team, and sometimes i play baseball but not in team like i do for basktball, and football
