I interviewed a lawyer....and well, based off the info i got, the info is borrringgg. so, i dunno how i can make it interesting. also, i have to have an introduction and conclusion, and i can't think of any attention-grabbing ones... HELP!

A lawyer who defends the homeless eiher does not get paid (this is called pro bono) or they get paid by the state government (sometimes federal government)

It is hard to give advice when there are soooo many types of lawyers....

Perhaps you can start by explaning "a day in the life of a lawyer"

If they go to court, I would assume this is the most ineresting part...you can focus on that...or if they gave you a specific type of case they work on...concentrate on one case...

Good luck (I would add what type of lawyer for others to give good answers!)

if you can watch an episode of Boston Legal, it will give you great ideas for an intro and a conclusion. Always start your speech with some thng funny. It will grab attention, And try ending the speech with another funny thing. I will make the speech memorable. Boston Legal airs on ABC (no need for cable), tuesday night 10pm EST. you have a few minutes to grab it. you can tape it too and review it, you will get great ideas and insight about lawyers.
if u can't catch the show, try checking ABC's website for webcasts or the schedule in your area.
and narrowing your speech on a particular case will be helpful.

Make your entire speech about HOW BORING being a lawyer can be! Most people become lawyers because they think they can make a lot of money - not because they have a PASSION for the law. Consequently, most lawyers live a dull and boring life in exchange for the often unfulfilled desire to make a lot of money!

So, that can be the message of your speech! Pursue money and be bored for 40 years, or find and pursue your passion in life!

Best wishes and good luck.
