depends on if car has 4 or 6 cyl engine, 4 cly is a lot of work
need to remove front cover and exhaust manidold probably $750. 6 cly is easy probably $250-300

Used waterpump, figure about $200, plus at least three hours labor....see what the labor charges are...they're probably $45 an hour....

The part is not much but the labor is. Maybe 200 dollars. It's a lot of work to put in.

in my town, $450 -$550 because they have to change the timing belt as well as the waterpump.

my sister has an alero those cars are a piece of crap, hers also went bad i believe she told me it cost something like $350 bucks to fix it.
