Recently I've Been Wanting To Put My Old Games On My New Computer But I Want Sum Of The New Rollercoaster Tycoon. I Had The First Version But I Gave It Away But My Question Is In Order For Me To Get The Expansion Packs Or The Newer Versions Like 2, 3 Etc. Do I Need The First Version Of Rollercoaster Tycoon On My Computer For Them To Run??

No, you don't.
The various Roller Coaster Tycoon games are all seperate games (1, 2, and 3). To play one, you don't need the other. If you are playing their expansion packs, you'll have to have the base game installed or else the expansion pack won't install. So, to answer your question, if you only have RCT 2 and/or 3, you can install either or both onto your computer and will still be able to play them.

Yea you can install it without the first version
I never had RCT1 and I could install RCT2 and 3
btw RCT2 doesnt have good graphics
