I'm still pretty young, so my definition of oldie are songs anywhere from '99 to '04. If you could give me some good rock/pop songs from those years that would be super awesome. I'm starting to get tired of what artists are putting out these days. Although I'll never stop loving the Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. ^_^ Thank you for your answers!

Please don 't limit yourself to the '99-'04 years. Explore your rock and roll history! The greatest rock, pop, r&b, country, metal, etc (too many genres to list here)music was recorded between 1955 -1985. There are thousands of
fantastic songs from the past out there Ask your parents or some of their friends for some suggestions. Keep an open mind and remember that truly "good" music is timeless.

Not that there aren't any good songs recorded after 1985 but IMHO, popular music as a whole started going steadily. downhill around 1985. Generally speaking, the quality of the selection of music, especially after around 1995, can be compared to junk food!
