This song is pretty obscure. Its slow and mellow, with piano and the guitar is "plingy".the guy who sings it rolls his voice a lot. Raw voice sounds like a bad singer. Pretty lo fi.

The name of the song is "The Weaker Soldier" originally by a group called Palace. You may be thinking of the version by Bonnie "Prince" Billy.
