you could wear it with a black and white tweed skirt, black tights, either textured or smooth and a colorful turtleneck. I would do red. jeans would probably be too casual for the shoes, but skirts would be great or nice dress slacks.

leggings might artwork somewhat properly, black colored ones may be solid or in case you will detect the same colour gray by using fact the shoes. Heels particularly seem lots cuter on shorter ladies, women who're taller tend to look like giraffes whilst they positioned on heels.
