Probably not. You coach a team and lose your starting AND backup quarterback and see how well YOU do! Coaching is the least of their problems.

B Fox may have just come from the Panthers, but he had a winning record in Carolina. He has experience in rebuilding since he took over when they were 1-15 and 3 years later playing in the Super Bowl. He had other 10+ win seasons so he has experience and a good track record. The best part is that he has a running and defensive philosophy, which the Broncos need right now.
