Yep, but it probably wouldn't be caused by the trauma.
Testicular cancer is more common in men with an undescended testicle, or if you have a brother or father with it, or if you are of African, Caribbean or Asian descent.
From what I've read, the research is unclear as to whether trauma increases the risk or not.

no. Testicular or any other cancer there is no medical source where it comes from. They have found that there are things that might contribute to cancer like smoking and chemical exposures, but still no proof. If they find where cancer comes from they will find a cure. The symptoms of testicular cancer are hard lumps that are growing. Can either be benign (no cancer) or malignant (cancer). You would have an ultra sound performed and later a biopsy. Benign lumps could be a cyst..

A trauma to genitals will cause many things to go wrong with your ... thing, but cancer is not one of them.
Testicular cancer screening requires you to perform regular self-exams. Go online for details or find a book on cancer in men. Or ask your doctor for the correct way to do this exam. Basically, if your testicles are normal, you should be able to feel that they are fairly smooth and egg-shaped. If you find instead that they are lumpy in one spot, you need to get that checked out.
I believe that getting hit in the jewels can cause a condition called a hydrocele, a fluid-filled cyst that could cause discomfort, stretching of the scrotum, and a feeling of pressure. It would be a soft cyst, not a hard one. (My dad had that condition so I know a little bit about it.) It is not a laughing matter so I'm not laughing. But I don't think you need to worry about the big C from an impact.
