Dry and/or greasy skin due to poor oil composition of the skin. Thick greasy oils clog pores, lack of oil leads to dryness and irritation. You need thin oils to moisturize while dissolving and clearing gunk in your poors. Try fish oil or seafood. 2 tsp fish oil a day or 4 servings of seafood a week. Stick it out for at least 2 months; it will take a long time to replace all your oil. Any effect after 1-2 days is temporary or random; so even if it makes you break out a little at first, you haven't given it a full try yet.
In the short term you can wash and moisturize well, but that will only go so far. Plus excessive washing can be drying and excessive moisturizing can be clogging. Use a small amount of a light moisturizer, made with oil not jelly or grease. Often that means soybean oil or mineral oil. Mineral oil means mined from the ground. So soybean oil is usually better, though mineral oil won't cause too much harm. Clean with soap and water, not a harsh acne cleanser. Even then they only work so well. So you really need the seafood.
Antibiotics aren't really good for bacteria long term, they'll come back in force after. Short term they may help. After you get off them find some kefir with acidophilus listed first or 2nd to replace the friendly bacteria they destroyed. Studies show less illness when you have these bacteria, even outside the stomach in places such as the lungs and elsewhere. You want friendly bacteria to fill the void when the antibiotics stop, not harmful ones.
In the short term you might also try 100,000+ iu retinol vitamin A (a megadose, and too much for normal use) or one of the acne drugs that is similar to retinol vitamin A. It's some minor harm to your organs, but it helps against bacteria on your skin. At least it doesn't have the other long term drawbacks to your skin that antibiotics and many scrubs do.
If you would like to learn how to treat your acne permanently and regain your health and wellbeing, without drugs, without typical acne treatments, and without any side effects, then this will be the most important letter you will ever read.

Applying lavander essential oil works wonders. I didn't really believe it until someone reccomded I try it instead of the standard on the shelf stuff.
Besides that, I have found the following things matter and tend to effect acne.
1) Eating sugar (and artifical ones). If you eat no sugar your predispotion to acne drops a lot. Mine completely vanished when I did.
2) Eating greasy fried food (aka fast food). I noticed I was able to feel outbreaks coming on as I ate the stuff. I think sugar matters more though.
3) Getting rid of hair covering the face (so beards, sideburns, or long curly hair that gets to your cheaks). I don't know why this one matters but it does.
4) Washing the face with water from a shower. The more you wash it the better it gets. However, chlorine which is in all tap water irritates it as well, so if you get the chance to get a chlorine shower filter that goes a long way to fixing your skin (and hair).
There are some other anecdotal things I am not sure of in anyway about acne, but I'd leave it as; if you are generally healthy then you will not get acne, so most of the time its best to just think of acne as an indictator for your body. Then again its a pretty awful one to deal with, and I went through a lot of grief before I figured out what I just told you.
I eventually talked to a chinese doctor about a friend who couldn't seem to cure their's and he told me that the acne was probably a sign that they had an infection inside their body (since it always appeared on his nose). Turns out he'd had a sinus infection for years, so he finally went and cleared it out. When he did, the acne mostly went away. It's possible you might have something like this as well, since acne is noramlly a symptom for something not visible.
Hope that helps. That's the best advice I can give you, and sadly most dermatoligsts don't know this and just perscribe creams.

I don't necessarily agree with the folks saying that this is a bad place to seek advice about acne. I guess if you want to go to a dermatologist and have them prescribe you prescriptions to take for the rest of your life for acne, then that is your perogative. But I think that you can clear up your acne with a more natural approach. It's often discussed that it is merely a lack of something in your body that causes acne. I would try 50mg of zinc a day; try it for a couple months. I don't know about you, but I know a lot of people who never wash their face and eat bad food who have absolutely clear complexions, so this talk about vitamin deficiencies makes good sense to me. I am trying the zinc right now and it seems to be going pretty well so far for my acne. Make sure to take it on a full stomach.

The blood travels from the intestines then throughout the body and skin. So you need to cleanse the intestines and colon first drink a lot of water , take sovereign silver internally and dab it on the entire face with a cotton pad. That kills any bacteria

Well. I Used Benzoyl Peroxide. I See You Have Too. You Have To Use It For More Than A Couple Weeks. It Gets Worse Before It Gets Better. Usually You See Something about 18 Weeks. The Most Should Be 24 Weeks. But It Varies With Each Patient. Hopefully I Helped. Good Luck!

Nutrients that assist in the normal processing of hormones in the liver and tissues can lessen the intensity and frequency of acne episodes. In fact, many naturopathic physicians (naturopaths) emphasize the importance of good liver function in the treatment of acne and often recommend liver-strengthening herbs and nutrients.
Wash daily, using ordinary soap and water.
Eat a balanced diet; avoid foods you feel may act as acne triggers.
Choose cosmetics labeled "noncomedogenic" or "oil-free."
Avoid picking pimples; it increases inflammation and can cause scarring.
Use a 5% solution of topical tea tree oil to dry up mild acne blemishes. Higher dosages, containing up to 15% tea tree oil, may be helpful for more severe cases of acne.
Don't hold the receiver of a telephone too tightly against your skin, which can cause acne to break out above your ear or along the side of your chin.
Vitamin A : 25,000 IU a day; reduce dose to 10,000 IU a day when healing is noticed or after 1 month. Use pills or drops. Women who are pregnant or considering pregnancy should not exceed 5,000 IU a day high doses can cause birth defects.
Vitamin B6: 50 mg each morning. Long-term doses of more than 200 mg a day for chronic acne can cause nerve damage.
Vitamin C : 1,000 mg twice a day. Reduce dose if diarrhea develops.
Zinc/Copper : 30 mg zinc and 2 mg copper a day. Add copper only when using zinc longer than 1 month.
Flaxseed Oil: 1 tbsp. (14 grams) a day. Can be mixed with food; take in the morning.
Evening Primrose Oil: 1,000 mg 3 times a day. Can substitute 1,000 mg borage oil once a day.

Typically, skin conditions such as eczema have to do with poor dieting. Learn here https://tr.im/7XsVB
Eczema food triggers such as eggs, fish, peanuts, and soy are known to help reduce flare-ups, but this can vary from person to person. These foods may also exacerbate eczema because many people cannot properly digest the proteins, which causes an allergic reaction.

You really need to read "Rosacea Free Forever" by Laura Taylor (also available in electronic format here: http://www.rosaceafreeforever.info ). It's about how to permanently cure your Rosacea naturally. I cured my Rosacea permanently in only 4 days after reading this.
Stop paying paying each month good money on creams. This is exactly what the pharmaceutical industry wants you to do! They want to milk money from you each month.
