Worst: A tie between Los Angeles and San Diego. Rude, shallow people, polluted, spread out, and too much traffic. Atlanta, and New Orleans are high up on the list as well.

Best cities include: Seattle, Boston, Chicago, and NYC. And Washington DC to visit as well.

I would say Los Angeles, because some parts are such a 3rd world dump. but it does have nice areas: Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Huntington Beach...

Newark, New Jersey....It was so dirty i thought I was in a 3rd world country...Oh, and the people there are as rude as in New York only poorer.
