Call 911 this way you can make a report for later use. You have to have these reports to make a stalking case or get a restraining order. If he doesn't have a reason to be there the police will ask him to leave and write a report.

You should call him and tell him to get the hell away from you and your street, because he could be stalking and that's just not cool. Stuff like that can make you feel very uncomfortable and do everything you can to stop it before it gets out of hand because it potentially could if he is one of those crazy ex's.

Is he dangerous? If so, watch from a darkened room with the phone nearby, making sure all doors and windows are locked. If he makes a move towards the house, call the police and stay in the house, don't come out.

Wow!! Well keep a hand phone near you and call the police just in case, you can never be too sure, and also keep a stick by the door. If he rings your door, hesitate to answer, if he leaves then all the better, but if he doesnt leave in five minutes, DO NOT open the door but talk to him by the window or something and ask him what he wants, if he says he wants to talk to you, then tell him to talk on the phone

it sounds like stalking make sure everything is locked up and call a friend to come over and go out with you to check to make sure if it is your ex your ex may have a reason for being there it is a free country unless you have a restraining order, in which case he may be breaking the law by being there, do not take chances

Is there a restraining order? There is no law on parking on the street, but if he is just loitering, that would be wrong, I would believe. If he is a worry to you, can you call friends to help you? Call 911 if you feel threatened in any way. Good luck.
