Well if the Radiator is Frozen that there is to much water in the Coolant, Coolant should be 50-50Clean Water & Anti-Freeze!
Defrost Radiator Luke Warm Water and a Garden Hose! Defrost too Fast and you'll Crack It!

You can park your car in a garage, and when it defrosts flush the cooling system and put the proper coolant in, sounds like you are running straight water. You will be lucky if you didnt crack your block if your radiator is frozen.

Warm garage, 1 or 2 nites shoul;d do, then ckeck coolant level

i dont think you can.... antifreeze.. as the water freezes it expands and will pretty much tear a radiator up... if theres a way i havent heard it yet
