so my computer had this virus so I formatted it but when I was in the installing the beginning part when installing partition (I think it was, where you divide the harddrive into C drive and D drive) and it said I cant copy to the harddrive and stuff like that and I just ignore the and tried it again this time in normal speed (I did Fast format for the first time) and it couldnt copy some files and after the format was done when it was in the stage of installing necessary drivers it wont install some of it and it just says something and couldnt proceed. please tell me what to do!!!

Try another fresh format and reinstall Windows. This time don't do a quick format; a full format will make sure your hard drive is healthy. And make sure there are no remnants of the virus on D: or your other disks/partitions.

remove all partitions (this will delete all your data) then format the entire hard drive, then add new partitions if you want them.

if you want to reload your computer, and get rid of the virus---you must tell it YES---delete the partician---That will reformat your hard drive and start it over---You will know---becuase it will tell you it is formatting the hard drive.
