Rather depends on which Hotel and with whom I am invited to sleep, or indeed whom I invite to sleep with me, and where.
There is a lot to be said for the combination of a slim girl and a single bed, King size is great in ones mind but can be lonely for two and the bloody blankets are never big enough and round beds are worse. I think a nice traditional double bed with footboard and headboard and loads of blankets and a nice warm chambermaid is the optimum for draughty English country houses like Grandfather's where I grew up, but where central heating is available 24/7 perhaps wamth is not so critical.

depends what day and where i am living at that point. on an average day, a twin bed, in my parents house. about two weekends a month, a king sized bed at my boyfreinds house while he watches movies (i work night shift, so i go down there and go to bed, just as he wakes.) on the occasional weekend? an oversized chair at a freinds place (i curl up, supposedly i looked really comfortable, and kind of like a dog, lol) party nights? a roll out bed, or the bed of a truck. depends on who im partying with...hmm, i cant think of where else i regularly sleep. that kind of made me think, and now, for me, its bedtime, at 930 am.

to make a king size bed we put two twins together and over the top a kingsize foam and mattress pad.
by doing that it makes the span not so far and gives you a larger bed. That way it is 80" by 80".
A large bed with a lot of support so if you are heavy it still holds you up.
