No. I'm part Irish and I don't have red hair. In many countries people are born with a certain hair color like everyone in that country, but not always, it depends on your jeanetics(I think I spelled that wrong). If you go to japan you see that many people have black hair but some are born with a differnt hair color. Say your mom and dad are asin and have black hair, then they have you and you have blond hair. It turns out that you great great grandmother was a blond. It dose not always matter what race you are to deturnmed your hair color.

No, by golly some of the Irish women don`t, but the Irish women who do have red hair on head, have red hair, by cracky.

The "original" Irish of Celtic background had/have black hair. My grandmother was one of those who are called "Black Irish". My dad and my sister have her hair.
