Pheobe is another name for artemis. artemis was athletic and always wore a short tunicand normally was picture with a tiara that had a moon on the top. She also normally has a silver bow and arrow and a deer or baby deer. She is also known as Diana

No Diana is the other name for Artemis, not Phoebe. Phoebe was the boss of the Delphi Temple.

She was actually the grandmother of Artemis. And no one knows what she looked like because Phoebe is from MYTHOLOGY. But her name means "golden wreathed" so I assume she would be pictured with a crown of gold on her head.

On first encounter with Phoebe there appeared a strange bright light that kept changing, a blue background with white stars and speckles moving about in it and then all the speckles changed to mauve then pink then yellow then back to blue. They kept changing constantly. Then she appeared.
Phoebe chooses to appear as a woman in her mid 30s. She has brown hair which she wears swept up on top of her head. Her eyes constantly change colour: blue then green then brown then dark then blue again. Phoebe speaks in a soft voice
