At what time on Thursday are the results of the Mitchell Report supposed to be released?

I don't think a set time has been announced. USA Today actually said "The report MAY be released as soon as Thursday".

Even Thursday is subject to change but they are committed to release the report this week.

ESPN said the report would come out Thursday but probably will come out this weekend. I just want to know who is in the report for taking HGH.
