Write x= -2 in standard form using only integers and a positive coefficient for x?
Ok so I have two points (-2,2) and (-2,0) so the slope is undefined and the only equation I have is X= -2 but i have to make into standard form with a positive coefficient for x. choices for answers are:
a) x+3y= 6
b) x-3y= 2
c) -x+3y= -6
d) x-3y= 6
please help, ive tried solving for x to get -2 and using the coordinates also but nothing works!
Additional Details
technically its a two part question, in the first one it gave me the points (-2,0) and (-2,2) and asked for the slope which came to 2/0 or undefined since you cant divide by 0. the second problem is exactly worded:
Write the equation in standard form using only integers and a postive coefficient for x.

Hmm... I tried all the answers also and none are working for me which is why I decided to ask on here. Ive triple checked everything as far as points, answers, etc. and so far have found no mistakes. Im so confused.
