well, if your cable from the modem to router is fine... i doubt its the router thats giving you problems... cause that rarely happens. i say its probly a bug that was hacked onto your computer. if you use a lot of filesharing programs, or do a lot of downloading/uploading, etc... i would say its probably a bug. if you have a mac computer, i would say its probly your wifi card... as not a single virus for macs ahve been out for years. but if your running a windows platform, i garuntee its a bug. i would say something in your registry. dont count me to it, but its just a wise guess (in my opinion). windows firewalls are nothing to a hacker with even just months of experience. i say that you run the most popular anti-virus there is (thats free, since almost none of the paid services have a real scanner that scans the files being used while using your computer), and keep it on your computer. this will give you a bigger sense of security... even though experienced hackers can easily bypass security programs easily. it may also be your wifi card. it may have a loss connection, so check that out as well. if you find a problem you dont know how to deal with, email and i will try to help to the best of my ability

You haven't moved either your computer or router? Is there any obstruction between the computer and router? Even simple things like glass can deflect the signal. Another possibility is that you are experiencing interference from another router. Wireless networks operating in a narrow frequency range - much like cordless phones you can get other people's signal. Try moving your computer closer to the router or getting an antenna. Antenna are fairly inexpensive. If you are tight on cash, you can even make one yourself. Read this how to guide:

I met the same problem last month, and the problem is really simple. My cable was broken. At first I thought it was my computer or modem's problem, but turn out it's really stupid.

On the other hand, I recommend you to check your router, if your cable has no problem at all. But I think your routuer should be fine.

Well it can be many things. What I think it could be is either you have low wireless signal. If so then you can move you router and adjust you antennas, or get high gain antennas. It can also be your card. Some card (like trendnet) have bad software. if then get the program called network magic. Its free. If none are your problem please give more info.

i'm somewhat specific spending greater time with your loved ones could gain advantage you, I might desire to relatively spend greater time with my own. What does going to church on Sunday and praying ought to do with God? pass trekking, do something good on your wellness, and adventure nature. God isn't a daunting guy interior the sky with a beard who watches each and every thing you do, God is greater of an precis theory. Spirituality should not be approximately bowing down, it would be approximately discovering and experiencing the universe.

Looks like you are using a USB network adapter. If this is the case, then it is a known problem with Windows XP. Check out Microsoft's report at:
