Do it afterwards if you have to do it* They will be sooooo sad if you do it the day before!! There is a time & a place for everything! Good Luck to you sir!

well my parents didn't plan for me to find out but I was always told santa came at midnight so I waited till then and then I got out of bed went downstairs and saw my parents eating the cookies I left for him I was like noooo!!!! lol but yeah I had doubt before then so it didn't hurt to bad but unless your kids are like age 9+ then don't tell them when they start getting around that age then tell them when I have kids I'll never tell them there's a santa if I work my butt off all year so I can buy them gifts they better know who they came from! lol

If you feel like you need to do so...and you haven't already. Then doing so on the 24th would be rather cruel.

I told my kids as soon as they were old enough to understand. Why should I let some fictitious dude take all the credit for all the money I spent on them?

Depends on how old they are. If they're 6 and younger they're still good.
