no, its sounds like she is just trying to help u along, maybe keeping u from some heartbreaks shes had. if u continue to have a problem with this, try talking to her and expressing ur feelings maybe you can get her to lay off a bit

I think that up until a certain age your mom should always know whats right for you but if you are of an age when you can decide for yourself then you have to be able to make your own decisions but please take into your mind what your mom is telling you. Remember that she brought you into the world and she loves you and wants to protect you. Your mom would never do anything to hurt you so please take her opinion on board. I think it is very hard for a mom to let go of their children because it your natural instinct to protect whats yours. Please remember your mom has had a lot more life experience then you and maybe she just knows what you're talking about. She was your age once too.

It depends on your age. If you are young she sees things in boys that you do not. She is trying to protect you. She will still do this when you are older just not as bad.
