Yes it is a very nicely equipped unit at a great price. HP-Compaq is a top brand.

It's a pretty decent system in my opinion. Certainly there are better, but you can't complain about having a good laptop like that. It's not a power gaming laptop or anything, but certainly good for everything else.
Plenty of memory, good HD size, DVD Burner, it's pretty nice.

It is OK. Actually for the price it's more than just OK.
The poor video performance is relatively common
for laptops. The lack of pcmcia expansion cards
is a little downer. But *you* likely won't miss it.

It's decent for internet browsing and word processing, but vista doesn't run well with only 1 GB of RAM, and you won't be playing any games on it.

Hate to burst your bubble. That laptop is not very good. In fact it may not even run windows vista well. Processor is not fast and it does not have much ram
