Maybe you're hormonal. Sometimes I get feelings like that that I can't explain too, and then I usually find out it's that time of the month.

Yeah it might be anxiety.I remember when I had this weird feeling that I could not really explain and just wished to get rid of it.When I go to sleep it's gone but when I wake up,it comes back again shortly.I think it was some kind depression maybe, depression is also linked to anxiety. So how did I get better,I think time helped the most.Oh and probably just ignoring helped the most too.

You're thinking too much!
Seriously; a recent study of young people (yes, I'm assuming you're on the young end of the scale) revealed that girls tend to sit around thinking, commiserating and dragging each other down, while their male contemporaries go out to parties, play video games, paint-balling, etc. - basically having fun and ignoring the trials and tribulations of being young and in between child and adult-hood.

If you can't identify what is causing this feeling, I think I would call it anxiety.
Be concerned about how much cafine you drink, also how about your sleeping? Read up on anxiety. Getting this more under control will greatly improve your daily life. If you can't do it on your own, seek the help of a doctor.

There can be a number of reasons why we have strange feelings and we often stress ourselves trying to explain them. Sometimes we need to do something about the way we feel, and sometimes the feelings just pass. It is important to relaize two things. One is that we can follow our feelings and let them carry us away and lead us or we can maintain management of our feelings by managing our emotions DESPITE the way we feel. The other things is to do something about how you feel rater than just letting your feelings have their way with you. Sometimes that means going to the doctor or looking carefully at how we conduct our lives, like relationships and eating habits. Good luck, and take control of your life.

I call this a sense of impending doom, and it's common. P.G. Wodehouse refers to in in some of his humorous stories.
To me, it's a subtle warning that I don't have everything under control in my life, and I need to see what needs doing.
