Anybody here who lives on Andros Island?

I'm wondering what the cost of living would be for a person who wanted to actually live there - not as a tourist or a wealthy person,just live there modestly. Are there Americans who got permanent residency?

I am not from Andros but I'm from Freeport, Bahamas and yes there are Americans who got permanet residency over in the Bahamas
