Have you heard Northwest Oregon is buried under MUD!! We had a storm come in and devastate possibly the very same coast line you have visited in the past!
KATU here in Oregon is raising funds for these people, some of them lost everything! Being Christmas too, what a shame.
So now you have heard.

Why am I asking,
Winter time is beautiful here in Oregon. We get many visitors/travelers here this time of the year.
The snow is deep and skiing is under way up on our mountains, just becareful of the coast where cleanup is under way.

Well, it's been all over the national news and the Weather Channel, so a lot of people have heard about it. You're right - it is a shame. Mother Nature can be cruel sometimes.
