First off, I like to say that I have never heard of these shows, no I don't watch them, and how can I watched them if I never heard of them. But in genral, I don't watch MLB TV, and don't you have to pay for it, if I wanted to watch something you have to pay for, I go to see a movie, rent/buy on, or a TV show that is avaiable on dvd that I can buy. Not that I am suggesting that I would watch pay-pier-view. But who knows, there could be people here that do watch it, but you don't know until you ask. And that is what you did.
