it all depends on the guy, if he is secure with himself, then no, he is is not, then yes i would think it would hurt him.

Honestly, I don't think a lot of guys have small dicks! They vary in very little differences, but you'd find that some guys with just little bit smaller dicks, have bigger balls! So it really makes that up, you know. I personally find guy's dicks something amazing and the way they get bigger and all, wow amazing and joyful!

It really depends on the situation and how that person responds to it.
Some people don't bother while some take it seriously and can be quite sensitive to it.
However, I have nothing to worry or feel embarrassed about as my penis is 17cm long and 2.5 inches in diameter!

It used to bother me...I've come to accept it, however. In away, I don't feel "right" (for lack of a better term) if I'm lied to and told how big it is...
though, over the years I've gotten a tad turned on by being teased about it and now it's like a whole fetish thing for me

yes it bothers some younger guys who dont realize that women are really objects to have fun with and then discard like trash. Once they learn that , you wont be able to keep them down by laughing at the small penis, because they will know the truth, that women are playthings.........

But yeah, men are very self conscious about their penises, even a smal joke can really make him feel bad, and not want to express himself to you again, so keep your thoughts to yourself, but, remember, its not size that matters, its how he finds a way to use the damn small thing.
