Does Chia Inc. correctly assume that holiday shoppers will be desperate for a gift and just grab a Chia Pet, even though its something most recipients probably don't want?

if someone give me a chia pet for a gift, I don't think I would think of them ever the same. I'd much rather have a clapper :)
