I got in a pretty bad accident, very sore/stiff neck and shoulders, and some bashed up ribs, I am very sore all over, and very miserable, can I get pills from my doctor or no?

I'm surprised you weren't taken to the hospital for an evaluation after that accident.
Yes, if the pain is bad enough, you could ask for a prescription. Get a check-up to make sure nothing is broken too.

Whiplash is a legitimate injury, and your doctor should be able to prescribe you something for pain relief and muscle spasms.

They gave me flexeral which is a muscle relaxer and viccodin for the pain after I was rear ended. Any kind of muscle relaxer should help
