Well it is all about moving the decimal point since you can't divide by decimals in that format. For example on number it says 9.2 / 5.4. You would move the decimal point in the divisor one to the right so you can solve it. Then you put that decimal point on the line of the answer so it will be still in there. Like you have 92 / 54 but in the division format the decimal point will be not exactly above the 2. Your answer will end up 1.703...... 2. 2.807... 3. 5.6235... 4. 373.888888888.......

Im assuming it means find a denominator that is a whole number so multiply the fraction on top and bottom untill you have a whole number in the denominator. so you could multiply both top and bottom by one hundred to get a whole for example the first. 920/540 equals 46/27.

They just mean, shift the decimals to the right.
Number 4 will be 6730 divided by 18
