I took this myself for a year but be aware that if you see your doctor they can only give you more hormones which will not help. Vitamin E helps, avoid tea and coffee if possible and be practical (cool wipes in handbag, travel fan etc).
Homeopathic remedies definitely help, they did me, and before anyone says they are rubbish and have no proof realise that the medication that caused this symptom was given by your doctor (albeit for the right reasons) and thousands of people are killed by medication every year. If homeopathy does not work first time go back, at least it does what the medical profession have been rambling 'first do no harm.' If chemical medication was the same there wouldn't be reams of paperwork on side effects.

I have never taken Tamoxifen but I have read up on the medication and others like it because of my mom having been diagnosed with breast cancer. One of the things that I read about it is that medications like Tamoxifen can cause hot flashes and flushes to occur.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
