took a wine bottle or any bottle and dripped candle wax on it and put it on the book_shelf as a decoration

I have taken a CHianti wine bottle and had a candle in it...years ago. really a hippie type thing back in the 70's. i liked it. love candles

no but i've used one to melt different colored candles in and let the wax run down the side
