College= John Wooden
Pro's = Red Aurbach and Phil Jackson have rings to prove it, but had the best talent of all time.

X's and O's Coach of all time = Larry Brown. He can make any team a contender. Doesn't need Shaq and Kobe or JOrdan and Piippen

John Wooden. Yes, yes, we all know he had Kareem and Walton but remember the man could iirc, also go undefeated and win NCAA titles w/ 6'4" centers. And given the roster turnover rate in college (every 3 years you get a new squad), its amazing that he could sustain his championship run for so long. In the pros, coaches could get a core group of talented players and you could hang on to them for a decade and start a dynasty (but i would still get Red Auerbach as my talent scout or general manager or both, regardless whether if its college or in the NBA. I will put Wooden over him in terms of coaching excellence, but when it comes to trades or spotting talent, nobody else's comes close).
