I love Key West, I'm going there in 3 weeks!!

Casa Marina is very close to the main beaches in Key West and there is usually something water related going on there. There is parasailing, jet ski, snorkel, etc.

Duval is the hub of excitement (the opposite end of where you are staying). There are TONS of stores and restaurants/bars along this street.

Things you have to do in Key West:
(not necessarily in one trip)
Mallory Square for Sunset Celebration
Fishing (I recommend the Tortuga based out of Lands End Marina...always a good time)
Marina Boardwalk (start at Lands End Marina)
Get some Kino Sandals (on Fitzpatrick in a little courtyard)
Conch or Trolley (do this the first day, will take you around the island and you can see different things to do and see).
Dry Tortugas trip is out of this world....
Hemingway House
Glass bottom boat
Butterfly Conservatory....really neat, bring the camera
Aquarium
Graveyard Tour
Ghost Tour
East Martello Museum (soooo creepy)
Southernmost Point (a must have picture for everyone visiting)
So much more....

My grandparents have a home in Key West and I've been going there since I was a baby, I always have a great time and there are still things that I haven't done or seen yet.

Ask if Casa Marina a shuttle or something that will take you to Duval....like any city, Key West does have its sketchy areas. Stick to walking in the busy areas and take a shuttlebus (Bone Island Shuttle is great....runs til 10pm or so and you can use it all day for a reasonable price, it circles the island and stops at certain hotels and attractions downtown) or taxi.

If you have any questions or want recommendations on restaurants or even more things to do, feel free to email me.

Key West will be fantastic in the Spring Break. The weather will be good.

Wow - those look like pretty elegant places. Are you sure they allow Spring breakers/under-21 guests? Better check, just to make sure - you wouldn't want to get there and then not be able to check in.
