This "question" is a ridiculous excuse to use offensive racist language. Feel better for that, do you?

We have made chink and Paki offensive but Brit is not an offensive word in Britain because the majority are British and do not get offended by this being pointed out and mocked. Because it doesn't happen in Britain.

don't be stupid.
If white Britons were subjected to heavy racism and the term that people used to apply their racism came with the name Brit, then possibly. But only if being a Brit became a derogatory word, but that has never happened.
The words themselves are not racist, it is the way the word is used and how it is said, and the history from that word that is racist. And the manner in which a term is deemed derogatory

What do people of color in Britain call white people when they are being derogatory? Brit is a culture, which any group of people living in Britain share with whites. Here in America, we use terms like ofay, cracker, honky, buckra to be offensive.
Ed:
People of color denotes people of different races, not just blacks and is used to be inclusive of any non-white person!! And for the record: I am a person of colour who has lived in London for six years -- neither I nor my colleagues find it offensive, so stop talking out of your ***.

well it should be . If i called a Black & ***** i would be called racist (even though they mostly call themselves and eachother Niggaaz) but if i was called a Honky, White trash or Cracker, nothing would be said and most White people would ignore it as most White people only stand up for racism when its against Blacks (Sad) and when its against there own people they laugh it off and refuse to stick up for there own race. (Pathetic)

I read that "Brit" isn't a derogatory term, and anyway, it seems that everyone uses it, even in newspapers etc. Does it really have derogatory connotations?
