Normally I agree with the "isn't that so annoying" questions, but I have to disagree slightly this time... I am an educated person myself, but I have never been the best at spelling. If it weren't for spell check, a lot of people would probably jump all over me too! However, the least people can do is push that little "check spelling" button...

IF you CAN'T spell pregnant, you have no BUSINESS being a mother. I swear if I see another pregant peragent or preg nat I'M GOING TO slap somebody! Well not really but I'LL be pretty pissed off, anyone else agree? (The capitalized words are your mistakes, just so you know there is a spell check. Good Luck in all you do.)

Yes you are the only one who feels that way. Some people should not be pregnant but not based on their spelling. There are some who just because they are not very book smart does not mean that they are NOT capable of taking care of a baby. If you don't like how other people spell or what they say then maybe you have no business reading their questions or even answering them at all!

Typos happen, but I can see where you are coming from. I have the same reaction when I find leet and gamer speak in emails and IMs from my co-workers. "Im out 2day n 2morrow, so u r on yur own, dont blow up teh place, lol"

There is a socially accepted level of competancy (and knowning my luck I have mis-spelled something that will lower how others preceive mine) one must display to be considered "able to do" a certain thing, though in the case of being a good mother, spelling is important but not THE most important. It can be annoying to the rest of us to see it though.

I'm sorry, but you shouldn't be posting this one because you have no room to talk. Just because you can spell one word correctly doesn't give you any right to talk down other people..... yes they need to use the spell check but jeesh! You don't have your own grammar right so what gives you the right to stick your nose in the air?

It's business, since you are so worried about other's spelling.
Oh, and uh, "ill" though I know you meant to say I'll, says ill. Like, you are ill kind of ill.

If you are going to complain about spelling, use the check spelling button before you do so.

You have to understand that some people make spelling errors because they are typing so fast. But the people that really can not spell it, then yes I agree.

You also have to realize that Yahoo Answers covers the entire Globe, not just English-speaking countries. Some people asking questions here may not use English as their first language.

But for those that English IS their first language.....pressing that "Check Spelling" button wouldn't hurt!

You need to capitalize the letter I, and gonna should be going to. When you use an ! you do not need to put a . at the end of it. You need to capitalize the first letter in the begining of every sentence. You also need to put an apostrophe on your contractions "can't" "I'll." So until you can be a perfect person, use perfect grammer, not make any mistakes in your question, then you can bash on other people who make typos.
