If you're 18, just move out.
If you're under 18, then join the military or get another good job, get a lawyer, and file an emancipation petition with the court. But unless your parents are abusing you or something, it's going to be very difficult.

you can divorce your parents so to speak in a family law court. you can be emancipated.
Emancipation refers to the point at which a child is free from parental control. It occurs when the child's parents no longer perform their parental duties and surrender their rights to the care, custody and earnings of their minor child. Emancipation may be the result of a voluntary agreement between the parents and child, or it may be implied from their acts and ongoing conduct. For example, a child who leaves her parents' home and becomes entirely self-supporting without their objection is considered emancipated, while a child who goes to stay with a friend or relative and gets a part-time job is not. Emancipation may also occur when a minor child marries or enters the military.

I'm taking as given, before I answer, that you are not in an abusive family.
It is in families that we learn our domestic conflict resolution skills.
Very often, conflict between parents and teens arises, from the perspective of the teen, from what is seen as:
1. a lack of freedom and autonomy
2. too much control over their lives.
3. disrespect for the teen's opinions
4. not getting treated as an adult
I'm not saying these are necessarily the case, but I am saying that this is how the teen perceives it.
In marriages, the situation often arises where one spouse has more power than the other. Maybe one has an income and the other does not. Maybe one gives power away to the other.
IT DOESN'T DO ANY GOOD TO TAKE A HIKE, WHEN A MARRIAGE GETS DIFFICULT. IT IS BETTER TO TRY TO WORK THINGS OUT.
Instead of helping you to avoid the opportunity to acquire the skills that will serve you well later in life, it would be a lot better for us answerers to help you to develop the skills that are needed to your family dynamics work for YOU--right here and right now.

You would need to file the appropriate forms and paperwork with your local courthouse for emancipation. You will be given a hearing date a couple months out, at which point the judge will ask you why you want to be emancipated, and will probably ask you about who will take care of you or your ability to take care of yourself. Your parents may oppose the motion. At the end of the hearing, the judge either declares you emancipated, or not.
It'd be advisable for you to hire a lawyer.
