Here you go.

.60 x 68.926 = 41.3556
.40 x 70.925 = 28.37

28.37 + 41.3556 = 69.7256 or round to 69.73

It's just a weighted average: 60.00% x 68.926 + 40.00% x 70.925.

I don't believe those percentages to 4 sig figs and so full of zeros, but that's not your problem.

68.926x0.60=41.356
70.925x0.40=28.3700

41.356+28.3700=69.72
