i'm only 13 and a 32 A and i have other breast issues other then this one for example my boobs look and feel super lumpy an the looked like they are fille as tight as possible with bouncie balls. but thats not what i'm wonderis about i'm wondering why do the sag so much. they look like super little super old lady bobs. actually they look more like someone has grabbed my nipples and are pulling them down as hard as they can. why????/

That's one of the major reasons for breast augmentation... deformed breasts. A lot of women have droopy boobs. I do, to a certain degree. I'm waiting to have breast implants until after I am finished having children, because breast feeding will ruin them anyway. Just buy a really good bra and don't worry about it. Your too young for people to be seeing your boobs anyway. Plus, you never know how they are going to grow. As for the lumps, show them to your mother. It's not embarrassing. Your mom has boobs, too. Plus, she's your mom. You can discuss possible options with her.
By the way, guys don't really care what your boobs look like. When you get older, they are generally just happy you decided to take your shirt off, lol! My husband doesn't mind that I don't have perfect boobs. They look great in a bra!
